4 Uses of Hydrogen Peroxide to Improve Your Health

Hydrogen Peroxide Grades and Strengths.

Hydrogen Peroxide comes in food grade and medical grade. The difference is food grade does not have the toxic chemical stabilizers that the medical grade has. The medical grade is the one you can find at drugstores or grocery stores and it usually comes in a brown bottle. Hydrogen Peroxide also comes in different strengths. The one most commonly found is the 3% medical grade at the drugstores. The other common grades are 6% to 10% which is used by hair stylist to bleach hair. And 35% food grade which is used in products like milk and eggs.

4. Seeds and plants

I have recently started using a mixture of hydrogen peroxide in spring water to start seeds. As well as in my microgreens and house plants. And have to say they all look great. I can tell a huge difference. You can soak your seeds for about 30 minutes to 1 hour before planting. For all seeds mix 3 drops of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide in 1 cup of spring or distilled water. For spraying house plants or microgreens mix 1 once of 3% food grade hydrogen peroxide to 32 ounces of spring or distilled water. You will notice the difference. Leave me a comment let me know how it went.

During my infancy she would often treat me with herbal teas when I was sick. I learned a great deal from her. Throughout the years as a practicing healer with herbs, Reiki, meditation and other modalities I have found that the mind and emotions are the root cause of many diseases. I share in this blog what I have learned, practice and continue learning. So that you can benefit as much as I have. I am a single mother and currently a caregiver for my 98-year-old mother.
