7 Chakra Balancing for Better Health Part 1

7 chakra balancing for better health

Most people are familiar with the 7 chakras, the energy centers throughout the body. Many people don’t know these chakras can become imbalanced, leading to physical, mental, and emotional problems. Fortunately, chakra balancing is a simple and effective way to restore balance to the chakras. Anyone can rebalance their chakras and improve their overall health and well-being by using meditation, visualization, and aromatherapy techniques.

Chakras Our Energy Centers

Most of us are familiar with the seven chakras along the spine, and each is associated with a different body area and represents another aspect of our being. However, chakras are not just part of the physical body. They are also intimately connected to our mental and emotional state.

When our chakras are balanced, we feel aligned and in harmony with ourselves and the world. However, when they become blocked or imbalanced, we may feel off-kilter, anxious, or physically ill. Chakra balancing is a technique that can be used to restore harmony to the chakras and, in turn, our whole being.

The goal is to clear blockages and align the chakras to rotate and function properly. One way to do this is through meditation, visualization, and breathwork. When we focus on our chakras, we can understand their role in our lives and how they contribute to our health and well-being.

By becoming more aware of our chakras, we can learn to listen to what they tell us and take action to keep them in balance. When we do this, we care for our bodies and minds and open up to a more expansive and joyful way of living.

The Seven Main Chakras

Seven main chakras are integral to our well-being. Each chakra is associated with a different body part and function. Balancing our chakras helps us feel our best and function at our highest potential.

Located at the base of the spine is the Root Chakra. This is the first chakra. This chakra is associated with our survival instinct and feeling of safety and security. When this chakra is balanced, we feel safe and grounded.

The Sacral Chakra is the second chakra, located just below the navel. This chakra is associated with our sexuality, creativity, and emotions. When this chakra is balanced, we feel creative and connected to our feelings.

The third chakra is the Solar Plexus Chakra, just above the navel. This chakra is associated with our power and will. When this chakra is balanced, we feel confident and control our lives.

The fourth chakra is the Heart Chakra, located in the center of the chest. This chakra is associated with our love and compassion. When this chakra is balanced, we feel open and loving.

The fifth chakra is the Throat Chakra, located in the throat. This chakra is associated with our communication and self-expression. When this chakra is balanced, we feel confident and able to express ourselves.

The sixth chakra is the Brow Chakra, located between the eyebrows. This chakra is associated with our intuition and connection to the spiritual world. When this chakra is balanced, we feel connected to our intuition and higher selves.

The seventh chakra is the Crown Chakra, located at the top of the head. This chakra is associated with our connection to the divine and our sense of purpose. When this chakra is balanced, we feel enlightened and aligned with our highest purpose.

During my infancy she would often treat me with herbal teas when I was sick. I learned a great deal from her. Throughout the years as a practicing healer with herbs, Reiki, meditation and other modalities I have found that the mind and emotions are the root cause of many diseases. I share in this blog what I have learned, practice and continue learning. So that you can benefit as much as I have. I am a single mother and currently a caregiver for my 98-year-old mother.
