Healthy Pizza

This Healthy Pizza is easy to put together and taste great. I used some organic and nonorganic vegetables. I used Ragu Organic Traditional Sauce, blends well with the vegetables. I think it makes a great pizza sauce as well as a pasta sauce.

1-Sprouted Pizza Dough.

3-Baby Portabella Mushrooms Sliced.

8-Organic Spinach leaves.

3-Slices of organic mini sweet red pepper.

3-Slices of organic mini sweet yellow pepper.

3-Marinated Artichoke hearts.

Topped with 10- small slices of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese.

Bake in the oven at 380 degrees for about 15 minutes. Keep a close eye on the dough you wanted it slightly browned.

Digestive Smoothie

1/2 cup of papaya sliced.

1/2 of pineapple

1 to 2 cups of coconut milk

1 cup of ice.

This smoothie is dairy free and great for helping with digestive issues. Papaya has papain a digestive enzyme. And is cleansing and toning for the stomach and intestines. Pineapple has bromelain which is also a digestive enzyme.

Easy Sweet Carrot Juice

Rinse vegetables and trip cut fruit to make juicing easier.

3 to 4 carrots rinsed and trimmed

3 small navel oranges cut and remove rind and seeds.

Run through your juicer this juice might need straining depending on how much pulp you like.
