How do beliefs affect our lives?

Beliefs affect our lives in positive ways or negatives ways. Depending on the beliefs you hold about your world and yourself, they can support you or hinder you. Beliefs can affect your health, finance, job, relationships, education.  We all hold beliefs about ourselves.

If our parents at a young age told us we were smart and we grew up with that belief, learning and studying might have come easier than in another person that was told he/she was dumb and didn’t know any better. Our parents play a very important role not just in providing us with a home, food, clothes. But also with our self-identity. As children, we look to our parents for guidance and we learn from them about life. So a lot of our beliefs have been unconsciously learned from our parents or a person we looked up to at a very early age.

How Does The Programming Happen?

Per Dr. Bruce Lipton our brains are in theta waves from about the third trimester to age 6.  Dr. Bruce Lipton states that we are in super learning mode and everything learned during that time gets stored into our subconscious mind. We do not discriminate if something is good for us or bad we just record it and store it.

Sometimes when we react to situations in our lives depends on our programing. By default we are running this programing unconsciously. When you look at your life it is helpful to evaluate what areas of your live are not working the way you wish they were. Most people struggle with work life balance. I am a wellness coach and speaking from experience to have a work life balance all areas of your life must be addressed.

Having a coach to help you break through limiting beliefs and live a more fulfilled and balanced life is ideal.  Here are a couple of tools to help you reprogram your unconscious mind. One of them is by using a program on your computer that will flash subliminal messages you can custom make. I personally use one myself and it works but remember those programs that you are running now may take some time to reprogram. Another method you can use is listening to a hypnotic audio while you fall asleep. As you are falling asleep your brain wave activity in stage 1 sleep is alpha and theta waves. Theta waves is the state that you would ideally want your brain to be in for programming or in this case reprogramming.
